A lovely 1920s era engagement ring setting with a detailed floral motif. The shank has pierced open work and the bezel is raised above the shank, allowing light to enter underneath whatever stone you choose. A size 6.25, the ring measures 8mm across the center with a 4mm opening for the chosen stone and stands 7mm high off the back of the finger. The prongs will have to be rebuilt. Marked on the interior "18K" and weighs 2.7 grams. Considering the fact that the ring is right around 100 years old, I think it's in fantastic condition, & oh, so pretty!
