Amazingly crafted fruit basket... Circa 1950's... Great design with leaves, berries, flowers, and scroll work... Great modernist sculpted handle that overlaps... Base measures 5 1/4" diameter, very ornate with berries, leaves, scroll work, etching, and lines... Top bowl measures 9 1/2" in diameter... From base to top is 5 1/2", from base to top of handle is 11 1/2" ... Bottom is signed, "Middletown Plated Quadruple (Scale picture), 1857, Hard White Metal"... Great basket with light, scratches, but in amazing usable condition!
