It has never been worn other than to try on. It has also never been altered. It is a Dress size 10. The sash is 3 in. wide. The skirt length is 27in. This fits my wife just right on the bust and waist. From her measurements, it will fit a 38-in bust and 42-in waist. She decided to go with another dress hence why she is selling this one.
