Italian art pottery yellow peasant village handled soup cereal bowl set of 7 - 1960's MCM made in Italy ...... The color is yellow ... The red clay underneath sometimes gives the illusion of a super.light chartreuse yellow but glaze is PRIMARY YELLOW This was supposed to be made in the 1960s and they came in different colors I've seen red, orange and yellow so far I'm not sure how many colors were made and this is a fabulous set because it's so organic looking and it's very high quality Italian pottery. All 7 bowls are in Mint condition with no crazing either ... And not flea bite even ! .You get the six shown here in the photos. - More pieces of this set in yellow also listed here.
