Comes with everything needed for a collection starter, all cables, an OEM controller, OEM Memory card, Hori Fightstick, and a great assortment of games. Console runs great and plays games, controller is tested with no stick drift, memory card is cleared and ready to store files, and all games are tested and working. Some of the games are without manuals, shown in photos. Hori fightstick is a little unresponsive when tested, but still works. It does have a GameStop refurbished sticker on it, which means that the console was refurbished after its initial purchase, but I tested it and it works great.
