This is a fantastic vintage EAPG King, Son & Company Glass Pedestal Cake Stand / Salver stem #110, c1890 This is the largest EAPG cake stand we have ever found with a 14-3/4” Diameter. Perfect for the collector, a vintage wedding, baby shower or any special occasion you can think of! In excellent condition!!! No chips, cracks or repairs. Does have mold marks, air bubbles and rough seams - typical of glass manufactured during this era. In addition, there are utensil marks, a black mark which can be felt underneath the face plate (see closeup pic) and a small milky patch which also can be felt underneath (see closeup pic). These items, in our opinion, do not attract from the beauty of this rare stand. This piece is over 135 years old!
