Lo and behold, i receive it, and it truly does have a talking feature. Its voicebox allows it to play a shrill, short screaming noise that i did not recognize from an official south park episode. it is likely a palceholder soundbyte that was used only during the early stages of sampling a talking dead kenny. the voicebox is snugly seated in a zipper-pull accessible compartment on kenny's buttocks and it is constructed in a way that is the exact same as some talking angry birds plushes made by fun 4 all (then, commonwealth; same company). i am qute sure that this is a legitimate sample and i am sad to see such a cool item as this go.
