A unique book showcasing the variety of alternative and botanical medical treatments by the acclaimed eclectic medicine practitioner. Some soiling to leather wrapped boards, including staining, chipping/peeling and bumped corners. A few instances of split binding though spine is straight and binding remains fairly firm. Hinges appear to have been reinforced. Tanning pages with very sparse and mild discolored areas, mostly around outer edges. Faint waviness to outer edges of most pages. See photos for condition.
