Plush is approximately 3ft tall from head to foot. Plush does not stand on its own but can be hung from its loop as seen in pictures,can be sat or could be put in a standing position with something to lean it up against/support it. Overall in good condition with a few tiny scratches/marks on the eyes and a small black dot on the right side of his bill. Dated 2004 and made by Nanco the tag says it was not to be sold at retail so I assume it to be a arcade/carnival prize or possibly a special order or promo item. Please see pictures for condition.
