No noticeable scuffs on front (very mild on back where inserted a couple of times at most), no noticeable scratches or stains, I would say this game was inserted a FEW TIMES most. It is American Region Turbografx-16 or Turbo Express consoles only. Tested and Inspected (as you can see in pictures), plays beautifully. Great color, sound, no dead pixels, and resolution as if it's 1992-93. GAME ONLY! NOT THE SYSTEM! I would even go as far as to say the FRONT is LIKE NEW. Maybe played five times most? For a preowned game of this age and rarity, honestly, cosmetically, I have to give this particular "CHASE HQ" a: "9 out of 10" --- LOOSE, NO JEWEL CASE, NO MANUAL. Just Sleeve.
