The Ansonia Clock Company was a major American clock manufacturer in the 19th century. The company was founded in 1851 and produced millions of clocks until the 1920s. The company closed in 2006 after 155 years of operation. This was patented in 1882. It's is missing the front glass bezel, the counter weight, winding key and the striker. I had an extra key and weight. It winds and it swings and the hands move. I think it will work with a good cleaning and oiling. I bought a large click estate and will sell as is before fixing and selling for considerably more.
