The MAESTRO L self-braking descent control device is primarily designed for technical rescue. It has an ergonomic handle that allows comfortable descent control. The integrated, large diameter pulley with sealed ball bearings allows the Maestro to be used as progress capture in mechanical advantage systems. The AUTO-LOCK system allows users to let go of the handle and immediately locks the rope’s position. Once locked, the rope can be taken up without having to manipulate the handle. The MAESTRO L is compatible with 12.5 to 13 mm ropes and allows handling of loads up to 280 kg. Gently used and in good shape. The Maestro is currently going for $650.00
