THIS ITEM COMES WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. This is a nice genuine dark blue diamond Monroe, tragus, labret lip ear. The diamond size is 2.71mm and is .08ct. The diamond is real and was mined from the ground. It is not fake, manmade, synthetic, coated, infused, color evaporated or dyed. It does have blue sparkles!! It is in surgical steel 316L. It is 16 gauge. Please choose the correct length from the drop down box. The back disc base is 4mm. The blue diamond clarity is I3. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. I don't use stock photos to trick you into getting something that doesn't look like the pictures. The post is internally threaded so that the diamond part screws inside the post.
