This Seiko from 1972 is an early 7005 series mechanical set and auto wind all alloy 17 jewel timepiece. It has what is best described as a square cushion type case that measures 36mm x 36mm and has a gold finish. The crystal is perfect as is the radiant golden sunburst dial with a date window at the 3 along with all gold markers. The quality movement has been serviced within the last year and keeps decent time for a watch of this period. The bracelet is a Seiko oyster style with a Z-deploy clasp and will fit up to an 8" wrist. This timepiece is superior to just a good rating and would rate a like new if all fine scratches were removed. Due to possible thinning of the gold case the finish was retained with some very fine scratches.
