OLD PAWN Navajo Delvin Nelson Sterling Thunderbird Watchband Bracelet/Cuff #531 SIGNED This beautiful OLD PAWN Navajo bracelet watchband has is set with chip inlay turquoise and coral. This is signed “DJN” by Delvin J Nelson, Navajo silversmith who lived in Mentmore, New Mexico, near Gallup. He was prolific in making these beautiful watchband cuffs and his work is very desirable to collectors of these cuffs. The bracelet measures 1 1/2” wide at the widest point. The inside measurement of the cuff is 6”" not including the gap of 1 1/2” The tabs are 5/8” each and are intact and still pliable. NOTE: There is no watch. The old pawn patina is original and many collectors prefer the old look, but this piece can be made shiny with silver polish if you wish. Material: Sterling Silver Setting: Turquoise and Coral chip inlay Weight: 56.6 grams.
