This was handed out at The Interbike trade show in Las Vegas by Giro - Lance Armstrong’s helmet sponsor - to commemorate his first Tour de France win. They were filled with champagne to toast lance and supposed to be turned in when finished the drink. Words are etched into the glass. Most, but not all of the glasses were collected and this one is a survivor. Whatever your feelings about Lance, this is definitely a super rare collectors item.
