This is a very special piece for rock art collectors, and Nine Inch Nails / Trent Reznor fans in particular. It is from a trove of new old stock of '90s rock memorabilia. It has never been displayed and has no damage. It measures 33" x 23½". There is a ½" white border. It is printed "Made in the E.E.C." (the European Economic Community), and acronym abandoned in November 1993. While preparing for a photo session in a dilapidated building, photographer Joseph Cultice noticed glass strewn about and suggested to Reznor that he wear the gloves to protect his hands. Several shots from this session were publicized but of them, this one is perhaps most striking. It portrays the reclusive Reznor in an unlikely staredown with the viewer, in a half guarded posture with gloved hands raised. It's become an iconic image of the enigmatic singer, creator, & producer. The image has been bootlegged, rescaled, even colorized. Here's a chance to own an original in exceptional, like new condition.
