Extremely rare vinyl record put out by the United States Office Of Civilian Defense. This record is considered a strategic material and was made to inform the pertinent personnel of the steps and information needed if war were to break out on American soil. In short, this record describes how to protect wood and put out forest fires in the event of a bombing attack on our soil. I have done about of week of research and have only found a record from the Office Of Civilian Defense in a museum; none have been found for sale on the internet anywhere thus far (vinyl record databases, google searches, image searches). I have tested this record front and back all the way through and this record works with NO SKIPS. There is minimal static to almost no static at certain parts. Only a few clicks here and there. If this record was professionally cleaned/washed it would more than likely be a VG++ or E graded record. I’d consider this record to be a mix of VG+ and VG. Majority VG+.
