Very good condition 2 oil paintings. Each is 18" Round. Gorgeous Oil paintings on canvas of two ships sailing. On the bottom front of each painting is a brass engraved tag with the names of the ships. Details about ships see below) hand painted onto round canvas. A celebrated racing ship and fishing vessel,Bluenoseunder the command ofAngus Walters, became a provincial icon for Nova Scotia and an important Canadian symbol in the 1930s, serving as a working vessel until she was wrecked in 1946.
