It was just large enough to fit my work laptop and a couple pens perfectly, and I appreciated how slim the bag was. I really did not want a bulky bag. However, when I used the bag for a work conference, I found that the bag was not large enough to fit anything beyond the laptop and pens. I was not able to fit a charger and notebook for example. I think the bag would work well if you need to carry a folio or a handful of papers, or even just the laptop for a few hours.
