For your consideration I am offering a Lovely L. M. Shimoda, A Native American Artist's, Sterling Silver Pink MOP Signed Brooch/Pin. This beautiful pin measures at approx. 1 11/16" wide x approx. 1 3/8" long. There is beautiful sterling silver beading across the top with an incised leaf on either side. The light pink mother of pearl is inset and cupped by curved ridges of silver with incised lines that lead into a cameo style setting (please view photos). The light pink mother of pearl has a slight swirl design. On the back, it's signed L. M. Shimoda and the word sterling. The pin portion is a little snug, but does open and shut. I believe it was created in this manner so that the pin portion won't open while wearing it. I have left this pin with the patina intact.
