This vintage dress is the well known Diane Freis (Fres) creation from the 80s. It is quirky and fun. The top is meant to blouson and the sash can be worn anywhere/way you want to. The skirt has a fullness of around 180". This has of course the signature two strings with tassels. shoulder to shoulder 17-19" Waist, 20-30" from unstretched to stretched 49" long from the shoulder Excellent condition.
